POSITION SUMMARY
Working out of Toms River, NJ corporate office, Urner Barry’s Sales team has an opening for a Digital Advertising Administrator to join our advertising, communications, and events team to help manage the successful delivery of advertising campaigns to our clients in the food and agriculture business. You’ll be managing the advertising calendar, controlling the delivery systems, and providing analytics to customers after campaigns have completed.

The role encompasses our biggest brands, including FoodMarket.com, SeaFoodNews.com and COMTELL.com, which between then have dozens of online advertising positions, email newsletters and print and digital magazines and PDFs. You’ll primarily work with our internal teams but will be expected to share success reports and liaise with customers regarding their advertising campaigns and positions and assist in preparing presentations and reports for customers. You’ll also support the sales and marketing team on promoting specific projects, such as sponsored/advertising-led webinars, podcasts, and videos.

This role will suit someone analytical and with an eye for detail, who can manage processes and has a good grasp of technology.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Ensuring all advertisements run in the correct position in a timely manner
• Keeping all team/project calendars up to date
• Liaising with customers to ensure we have the latest/correct artwork
• Producing campaign reports with details of adverting impressions, clicks and success rates
• Answering all customer service inquires in a timely and professional manner
• Acting as a liaison between various departments to ensure positive and effective communications
• Running reports as requested by management and/or other stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS
• Technically proficient – using the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Experience using website management/advertising tools desirable, but not essential
• Personable and comfortable interacting with external clients via email and occasional video call
• Strong written skills – the ability to clearly communicate on email
• An eye for design – checking advertisement artwork and preparing good-looking, professional presentations
• One year of prior administrative or customer services support preferred
